The Bourjois formula is feather-light and feels completely weightless on my eyelids. The transition from cream to powder is almost instant and they are bendable and the colour is buildable, very impressed, there is a discernable shimmer, however it is just the right amount, no disco ball effect here!
It's definitely a sophisticated shimmer. They are best applied with a finger then using a brush to contour the crease of your eye and blend out.
